These are some of the most common questions I receive from clients and prospective clients. This page is designed to help you better understand how this work functions, what to expect from a session, and whether this approach feels like a good fit for you. My goal is always clarity, comfort, and informed choice.

1. How often should I make an appointment?

It truly varies by person and by what you are working on.

  • If you are actively addressing symptoms or want to stay on top of your health in a proactive way, I typically recommend a session every 8 weeks.

  • If you are generally healthy and just want to check in periodically, quarterly or every six months is usually sufficient.

There is no rigid rule here—your body, goals, and life circumstances always guide the timing.

2. Why do I run out of my remedy before my next session?

This is by design. The remedy is created to help your body detox or clear the root cause of a symptom—not to be taken indefinitely. In most cases, the remedy runs out in three to four weeks, which is typically enough time for your body to detox or nearly complete the detox process.

After that point, your body is doing what it does best: healing.

3. What are your hours?

My current hours are:

  • Monday – Wednesday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Thursday: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

  • I am closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

4. What you do is hard to explain. How do I explain it to someone else?

You’re absolutely right—what I do can be hard to explain.

You have two easy options:

  1. Send them to my website. I have several videos that explain my services, how sessions work, and who I am.

  2. Have them book a free 15‑minute discovery call. I’m happy to answer their questions directly so we can both decide if we’re a good fit.

If they get on the call and decide this isn’t for them, that’s completely okay. I won’t be offended, and they don’t need to worry about hurting my feelings. Honest conversations help everyone.

5. What’s the difference between in‑person, Zoom, phone, and remote sessions?

All session types provide the same core service. The difference is mainly in delivery and connection.

  • In‑person sessions: The most connection, it allows us to see one another fully, which helps the overall flow of the session.

  • Zoom sessions: A great next best option to in person. We still get the face to face but sometimes technical lags get in the way. However, for most people, the small difference in connection is not worth the stress of travel.

  • Phone sessions: Some connection is lost because I can’t see facial expressions and body cues. However, always an option if you are super busy or not in a position to come in person or connect through zoom.

  • Remote sessions (email only): Best for times when you don’t have the energy for a live session. You email your concerns, I  complete the session remotely, mail your remedy, and email you findings and any homework. This is always a better option than nothing at all.

6. What’s in the remedy?

The remedy is based on quantum physics and energetic principles.

  • The liquid base is distilled water

  • Willard’s Water (a mineralized water) https://drwillard.com/

  • A small amount of alcohol to prevent anything from growing in the bottle

The remedy is energetically charged and customized specifically for you.

7. Who is this work best for?

This work is best suited for people who are open‑minded and curious about alternative approaches to healing. The work I do is grounded in quantum physics and energetic principles, which can feel very different from conventional or strictly medical models. Because of that, it works best when someone chooses it for themselves rather than being pushed or persuaded by someone else.

If someone feels strongly skeptical or resistant going in, this is usually not the right fit—and that’s okay. I want clients to feel comfortable, aligned, and confident that this approach resonates with them.

8. How do I prepare for a session?

For new clients, please complete the New Client Form available on my website. It’s a simple, two‑page PDF. https://www.soarwithlove.com/newclients

If you would like me to test supplements, foods, or other items you suspect may be causing an allergy or intolerance, you are welcome to bring them with you. Other than that, no special preparation is needed. Your body will communicate exactly what it needs during the session.

9. What might I feel after a session?

The most common experiences after a session are emotional shifts or feeling mild fatigue. This fatigue is usually mild, but listening to your body and resting if needed is always encouraged.

Detox symptoms are uncommon. Only about 1–2% of clients experience them, and when they do, they are typically mild—such as a headache or slight stomach upset.

10. How long does it take to see results?

This varies from person to person and depends on factors such as age, overall health, and how long a symptom has been present. That said, most people begin to notice changes or improvements within about three weeks.

11. Do you work with children, animals, or families?

Yes—absolutely. I work with people of all ages, including newborns, children, adults, and seniors. I have supported mothers through pregnancy and childbirth, worked with entire families, and also supported individuals at the end of life. I also work with animals of all kinds, including dogs, cats, horses, and one of my favorite opossums.

12. Is this compatible with medical care or therapy?

Yes. This work is generally very compatible with medical care, counseling, and other therapeutic approaches. We’ll briefly review what you’re currently doing to ensure everything works well together, but in the vast majority of cases there is no conflict.

13. What if I miss a dose or forget to take the remedy for a day?

That’s okay. Simply take the remedy when you remember and continue until the bottle is finished. There’s no need to stress—the goal is completion, not perfection.

14. Do you offer packages or memberships?

As of January 2026, I am in the process of rolling out a membership option. My goal is to have this available by March 2026. If you have questions about membership before then, you’re welcome to contact me directly. Susan@SoarWithLove.com

15. What if I don’t understand what you’re doing during a session?

That’s completely okay—and very common. This is one reason I often recommend Zoom sessions, so you can see what I’m doing rather than only hearing it over the phone. If at any point during a session you don’t understand something, please stop me and ask. You won’t offend me. Your understanding matters, and asking questions makes the session better for both of us.

16. How much should I share during a session?

Share as much as you can. The more information you provide, the more focused and effective the session can be. Even details that seem minor can sometimes shift the direction of a session and lead to quicker or deeper results. If you’re unsure whether something matters, go ahead and share it.

17. When should I contact you for a session?

The simple answer is: earlier is better. Anytime you’re feeling unwell—whether it’s something mild like a cold or something more complex—it’s appropriate to reach out. You’re always welcome to contact me and briefly explain what’s going on. From there, I can let you know whether it makes sense to schedule a session right away or whether another supportive option might be appropriate. The sooner you reach out, the sooner your body can begin the healing process.

18. What are the best supplements for me to take?

I could write a book on this however, the short answer is always go for wholefood supplements and better yet herbs. I don't recommend a specific brand because not everyone is going to test well with every brand. Always shop at a health food store vs a big box store. To truly know which supplements / herbs you may need, I highly recommend a Kinesiology session, they are quick, can be completed over zoom or the phone and are inexpensive. A 20 minute kinesiology session testing all of your supplement can save you thousands of dollars a year on expensive supplements and herbs.  Schedule your session today: https://www.soarwithlove.com/booking-calendar/kinesiology-testing?referral=service_list_widget

19. Do you take insurance? No. I can take your FSA / HSA check or debit card.

20. What type of payments do I accept? I prefer Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App and Check. These options help me continue stable session pricing while providing high quality care. I do also accept credit cards, FSA, HSA and PayPal.
