Most people wait until something is “bad enough” before reaching out for help. Support is most effective early, when your body or emotions are first signaling that something is off.
You do not need to know what is wrong before contacting me.
Over the past months I have been analyzing data and clients that come to me quickly when a symptom starts and often - at least quarterly. Overall seem to be more responsive to my work. The end result is they get better faster.
Think of AWC as Your Early Line of Support

Contact AWC:

-
When a symptom first appears
-
When something feels “off,” even if you can’t explain it
-
During emotional, mental, or physical stress
-
When you are unsure whether to wait or do something now
You do not need a diagnosis.
You do not need a label.
You do not need to be “sick enough.”
Early support often means getting back to normal faster.
What Happens When You Reach Out Early

Through Total Body Analysis (TBA), we work to identify why your body or emotions are out of balance. From there, we determine the most supportive next step.
-
Sometimes a Total Body Analysis remedy or The Emotion Code is the right fit
-
Sometimes additional or different guidance is needed

Either way, I help you make a clear, grounded decision about how to move forward.

One Simple Guideline

If you find yourself asking: “Should I wait and see… or should I reach out?”
That is usually the moment to reach out.

You are not bothering me. You are not overreacting. You are paying attention.

When Not to Contact AWC

AWC is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

Please call 911 immediately if you are experiencing:
-
Chest pain
-
Signs or symptoms of a stroke
-
A broken bone
-
Signs or symptoms of a seizure
-
A major accident or traumatic injury

Once you are safe and medically stabilized, you are welcome to contact me. I can help support your body and emotions through the stress or trauma of the event and assist in restoring balance afterward.

A Gentle Reminder
If you are noticing an unwanted symptom — physical, emotional, or energetic — that is your cue.
Early and often is okay.
Listening is not overreacting.

If you have questions about your specific symptom, as always, please reach out.
