Services and Scheduling

Scheduling:

Once you have scheduled your appointment online, you will receive a email confirming your session time. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your appointment has not been scheduled.

Shipping: 


All standard shipping costs are included with your session at this time. Most of the time I ship UPS. If you would like shipping through another carrier please discuss with Susan. You are welcome to pay for expedited shipping.

Payments: 

Preferred payment methods are: Zelle, ​Venmo and Cash App. All of these payment methods are paid outside of the website. These options help me keep session pricing stable while continuing to offer high quality care. 

We also accept health care savings accounts, credit cards, apple pay, google pay and PayPal. All of these options can be paid via the website. These options are less preferred due to the high costs of back-end fees.

Cancellation Policy: 

All cancellations, no shows and reschedules require at least 24 hours in advance notice. Effective June 1st, 2022 all cancellations, no shows and reschedules made under 24 hours will be charged a 50% of scheduled service fee.
